Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
2 banana (mashed)
3⁄4 cup butter
1 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
8 ounce Solo Almond Paste
1 egg (large)
1⁄2 cup milk
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
3 cup quick cooking oats
1 package mini chocolate chips
Instructions
To make this Almond Oatmeal Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe...
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Prepare the almond paste by cutting it into small pieces
- With an electric mixer, beat mashed bananas, butter, brown sugar, egg, milk, vanilla and almond paste until combined
- Add the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and beat at medium speed, and then stir in oats and chocolate chips
- Drop 2-tablespoon portions of oatmeal cookie batter onto the cookie sheet
- Bake banana chocolate chip oatmeal cookies for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Allow cooling time before serving
