Whipped Strawberry Tart

SERVES:   COOK TIME: 2-3 hours  TOTAL TIME: 4 hours

Ingredients

1 can Solo Foods Strawberry Cake and Pastry Filling

4 oz Cream Cheese

1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream

1 pre-baked Tart Crust

Strawberries for topping (optional)

Instructions

Whip the cream cheese on high speed in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whip until smooth and creamy. Then, add 1/4 cup of heavy cream and mix on high speed until incorporated. Scrape the sides and repeat until all of the cream has been used. Continue to mix until stiff peaks form. Fold 3/4 cup of Solo Strawberry Filling into whipped cream. Then, spread 1/2 cup of Solo Strawberry into the bottom of a pre-cooked tart crust. Spread strawberry whipped cream mixture over top of the strawberry filling. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight before serving.

Optional: Top with sliced strawberries. Brush any remaining strawberry filling over the berries to create a shiny finish.
