Cherry Cake Bars

Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
2 cans Solo Foods Cherry Cake and Pastry Filling
Instructions
To prepare, preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 15x10 sheet pan with baking spray. In a stand mixer, add butter, sugar, and salt on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, then add extract. Gradually fold in flour to butter mixture until combined and dough forms. Put dough into the pan and cover the dough evenly with Solo Foods Cherry Cake and Pastry Filling. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
