Cherry Danish

2 sheets frozen puff pastry

Egg Wash

Solo Foods Cherry Cake and Pastry Filling

Instructions

To prepare, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, preheat oven to 400F, and thaw puff pastry. Unfold your puff pastry sheets and cut each into 4 squares. Place the squares of dough on the baking sheet spaced 2 inches apart (Depending on the size of your baking sheet you may need 2 to bake all 8 danishes). Lightly brush the edges of each square of pastry dough with egg wash (1 egg and 1 tbsp water). Then fold each corner into the center. Place a spoonful of Solo Foods Cherry Cake and Pastry Filling into the center of each and brush the exposed puff pastry dough with egg wash. Bake for 20 minutes.
