1 loaf
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 can Solo or 1 jar Baker Nut filling
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/3 cups mashed bananas (about 3 medium size bananas)
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
Beat butter and sugar in medium-size bowl until blended. Add eggs, nut filling and bananas, and beat until combined. Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Add to nut mixture and stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
