3 cups

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz) container Solo Marshmallow Creme
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind (optional)

Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Serve with apple slices, pineapple chunks, strawberries, etc.

Variation: Substitute lime juice and lime peel or orange juice and orange peel for lemon juice.
