2 Polish sausage or other cooked cooked sausage
4 green and/or red peppers
2 cups pinapple
1 cup
Chun’s Sweet and Sour Sauce
4 servings rice
Cut sausage into eighths. Thread sausage onto wooden or metal skewers alternating with peppers and pineapple. Grill over hot coals until heated. Baste generously with Sweet and Sour Sauce during cooking. Serve over rice with Sweet and Sour Sauce on the side.
