Mix first 7 ingredients as for cake. Put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350
˚F
for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread
Solo Marshmallow Creme
over first layer (heat jar to make spreading easier). Return to oven for 3 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Melt chips and peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies. Frost bars with this mixture.
