1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1(8 oz) package cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can Solo or 1 jar Baker any flavor filling
2 cups all-purpose flour
Confectioners' sugar
Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. Add flour, oats and salt and mix until blended. Chill dough thoroughly in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Roll dough on lightly floured board to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut dough into 2-inch squares with floured cookie cutter. Place kolacky on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Make depression in center with thum or back of spoon and fill with about 1/2 teaspoon of filling. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
Or try folding opposite corners to center, press gently to seal!
